PCL Staff Nurse – Care Home & OPD

About the role

Our client, Arogin Group, is seeking compassionate and qualified PCL Staff Nurses to join their healthcare team. The role involves delivering safe, professional nursing care to residents of a care home and patients attending outpatient services, including support for aesthetic and dermatological procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily health monitoring and quality nursing care to care home residents and out‑patient clients.
• Measure and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and injections according to medical orders.
• Support OPD services by preparing patients, monitoring vitals, performing basic nursing procedures and delivering post‑consultation care.
• Assist doctors during aesthetic and dermatology procedures, ensuring proper patient preparation and post‑procedure care.
• Help elderly residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication logs and care plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses and other specialist teams.
• Follow infection‑prevention, hygiene, safety and clinical standards at all times.
• Respond to emergencies and follow organizational policies and nursing protocols.

Required profile

• Qualified PCL/ANM/CMA in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Nepal Nursing Council and holding a valid nursing license.
• Strong nursing knowledge and practical clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, responsible, emotionally stable and able to work night and rotational shifts.
