About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to communicate with customers and manage sales through chat and calls. This fully remote position focuses on engaging prospects, presenting our services, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers via chat and calls
Present services and answer questions
Follow up with leads and maintain communication
Update CRM and track results

Required profile

Fluent in Nepali, Hindi and English
Sales or customer support experience is a plus
Good communication skills
Basic CRM and computer skills
