Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media)

About the role

Codetonic is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid advertising, creative content, and social media growth for a local business. This full‑time remote position works directly with the owner, who provides content, approvals, and outreach support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
• Write compelling ad headlines, descriptions, social copy, captions, and calls‑to‑action.
• Design graphics, edit images and short videos using supplied assets.
• Plan, schedule and publish engaging content to grow the brand’s presence on Facebook and Instagram.
• Identify local influencers and coordinate outreach, follow‑ups and collaborations.
• Monitor advertising budgets, test offers, audiences, messaging and creative.
• Track conversions, measure qualified leads, calls and bookings.
• Collaborate with the website specialist on landing‑page copy and conversion improvements.
• Provide concise weekly reports covering results, completed work and next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns with proven results.
• Strong English writing skills for effective advertising copy.
• Demonstrated ability to grow business accounts through organic social media content.
• Experience with graphic design and short‑form video editing tools.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend practical improvements.
