Senior Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the role

Prixa Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital marketing projects. You will act as the main bridge between clients, creative teams, and management, ensuring high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital marketing projects across SEO, social media, content, performance marketing, branding, video production, and web development.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, understand business objectives, and nurture professional relationships.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and task assignments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including designers, writers, SEO specialists, performance marketers, video producers, and developers.
• Review deliverables for quality before client submission and handle feedback, revisions, and scope changes.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify improvement areas, and mitigate risks or resource constraints.
• Support process improvement, reporting, and mentorship of junior project managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably in project or account management.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills.
