Supply Chain and Admin Coordinator

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Supply Chain and Admin Coordinator to lead and coordinate procurement, logistics, fleet, warehouse, asset management and administrative functions for the Nepal Flash Flood Response. The role ensures compliance with WVI policies, donor regulations and Nepal government requirements while supporting efficient delivery of humanitarian interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain operations, develop procurement plans, manage purchase orders and coordinate with partner NGOs to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, warehousing and dispatch of relief and recovery supplies, maintaining accurate tracking from procurement to distribution.
• Manage office administration including utilities, insurance, vehicle tax, leave records and inventory, and coordinate workshops, trainings and events.
• Supervise fleet management, driver scheduling, vehicle logbooks, maintenance, tax and insurance renewals, and ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Implement asset management policies, maintain the Asset Management System, safeguard assets and oversee disposal processes.
• Conduct market assessments, supplier mapping, RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, conduct cost‑price analysis, report on procurement, inventory, logistics and asset status, and escalate risks or compliance issues.
• Support compliance by reviewing policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring proper filing, and assisting with audit recommendations.
