Telehealth Nurse – Night Shift (US Hours) – Onsite in Nepal

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Nurse to provide remote monitoring and support to US‑based patients during night hours. The position is based onsite in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, and requires alignment with US business hours to ensure continuous care.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs (BP, pulse, glucose, oxygen, etc.) using remote monitoring systems.
• Send daily reminders for medication, exercise, hydration, and appointments.
• Operate multiple software applications and dashboards simultaneously to track vitals and schedule reminders.
• Document and update patient information accurately in the EMR/telehealth system.
• Communicate compassionately with elderly patients via phone or video calls.
• Identify abnormal readings and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or medical team.
• Collaborate with an international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and company data protection standards.

Required profile

• Valid Nursing License (Registered Nurse or equivalent recognized in Nepal).
• 3–5 years of nursing experience in hospital, home care, or elderly patient management.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work onsite and adjust to US night‑shift hours.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth software platforms.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with digital patient monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage multiple digital windows, tabs, and workflows efficiently.
• General computer proficiency.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (5 days a week).
• Night‑shift schedule: 6 PM – 2 AM Nepal time.
• Competitive salary: NPR 70,000 – 80,000 per month.
