Telehealth Nurse – Night Shift (US Patients)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Telehealth Nurses to join our Nepal office and provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically‑ill patients in the United States and other countries. The role operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and health metrics remotely via digital monitoring systems.
• Deliver daily medication, exercise, hydration, and appointment reminders.
• Navigate multiple software applications, dashboards, and patient records simultaneously.
• Document and update patient information accurately in EMR/telehealth platforms.
• Communicate compassionately with patients via phone or video calls.
• Identify abnormal readings and promptly escalate to supervising medical staff.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and company data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license recognized in Nepal (Registered Nurse or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, home‑care, or elderly patient management.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Adept at handling multiple digital platforms without compromising accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Experience using telehealth software platforms.
• Familiarity with digital patient‑monitoring devices.
• Ability to manage multi‑tab and multi‑window workflows.
