Telehealth Nurse – Night Shift (US Patients)

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Telehealth Nurses to join our Nepal office and provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically ill patients in the United States and other countries. The role is night‑shift based to align with US business hours, allowing you to monitor health data, deliver medication reminders, and escalate critical issues to the medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, glucose, oxygen, etc.) through remote monitoring systems.
• Send daily medication, exercise, hydration, and appointment reminders via phone or video calls.
• Operate multiple software applications and dashboards simultaneously, switching between tabs and windows to access EMR records, telehealth platforms, and communication tools.
• Document and update patient information accurately in the EMR/telehealth system.
• Identify abnormal readings or health risks and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or medical team abroad.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and company data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse or equivalent recognized in Nepal).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, home‑care, or elderly patient management.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, and adjust to US time zones.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
