Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Itahari branch of a reputable consultancy, driving growth through business development, partnerships and local marketing while ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans to meet growth and revenue targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Lead, coach and monitor branch staff performance, handling recruitment, onboarding and training in coordination with HR.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners and community organisations.
• Plan and execute local marketing, promotional events and demand‑generation activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Ensure quality customer service, timely complaint resolution and accurate CRM record‑keeping.
• Oversee branch budget, expenses and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, business development, sales, marketing or education consultancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth and local marketing strategies.
• Accountability, professionalism, integrity and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and business reporting tools.
• Ability to manage targets, budgets, staff performance and operational priorities.
• Effective use of digital and AI productivity tools.
