Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, engaging prospects, and promoting our software solutions. This role involves direct client interaction, proposal preparation, and collaboration with product and management teams to align offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads from target markets and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Conduct on‑site client meetings, presentations, and software demos.
• Visit local bodies to build public relations and brand awareness.
• Prepare and submit tailored software proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms with stakeholders and close deals.
• Stay updated on business trends and competitor offerings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Collect payments and ensure timely invoicing.
• Report on performance, successes, and areas for improvement to management.
• Provide feedback to product developers for potential enhancements.
