HR Manager – Factory Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resource functions within a factory setting. The role requires a proactive leader who can balance labour relations, compliance, and employee development while supporting production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and record‑keeping.
• Manage labour relations, trade‑union negotiations and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, SSF regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and employee‑welfare programs.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee development initiatives and workforce planning with factory management.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, shift schedules and enforce workforce discipline.
• Conduct investigations on employee‑related issues and take appropriate actions.
• Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and promote a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Proven track record in labour‑union handling and industrial relations.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, SSF and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
