Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our automotive showroom in Itahari. The role involves promoting and selling vehicles, guiding customers through the buying process, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell automobiles, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through walk‑ins, referrals, networking and field visits.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, arrange test drives and explain features, specifications and offers.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate financing and insurance paperwork, and manage booking documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, provide hand‑over briefings and follow up post‑delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance and after‑sales teams to resolve customer issues.
