About the role
The organization is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its Human Resources and Administration functions in Kathmandu. The role combines HR operational tasks with general administrative duties, requiring a detail‑oriented and proactive professional.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation, payroll processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support the use and basic administration of HRIS, attendance and payroll systems.
- Prepare, organize, and manage various HR and admin documents with strong attention to detail.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Nepali.
- Independent, reliable, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of HRIS, attendance and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in MS‑Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
