Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and result‑driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role you will expand our client base by driving sales of SaaS products, custom website development services and digital marketing packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold outreach, networking and direct leads.
• Pitch SaaS products, website development services and tailored digital marketing packages.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present business proposals.
• Onboard new clients by gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Negotiate contract terms, close deals and maintain long‑term relationships for renewals and upsells.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 1+ years of sales, business development or client onboarding experience, preferably in the tech/IT sector.
• Proven communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Nepali.
• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with web technologies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services.
