Client Communication Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Client Communication Assistant to support our Client Success Manager. The role focuses on day‑to‑day client interaction, internal coordination, and ensuring smooth project follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and send client updates, follow‑ups, meeting reminders, and status messages.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams such as SEO, content, and development.
• Collect updates, track pending tasks, and maintain organized records of client communications.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly client reports.
• Participate in client meetings, document discussion points, and relay client concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor Slack, email, and project‑management platforms, escalating urgent issues to the Client Success Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in client communication, customer service, or coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Professional and confident client interaction.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
