Content Creator

About the role

The Content Creator will join Dream Hire Nepal’s marketing team in Kathmandu to produce engaging digital content that supports the company’s recruitment and employer‑branding initiatives. Working on‑site, you will craft copy and visuals for social media, the website, blogs and promotional materials aimed at both job seekers and client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand guidelines and recruitment campaigns.
• Write, edit and proofread copy for social media posts, website pages, blog articles and newsletters.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and recruitment colleagues to ensure messaging consistency.
• Assist in creating simple visual assets using design tools to enhance posts and campaigns.
• Monitor content performance, analyse audience insights and optimise messaging accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (preferred) or demonstrable experience in content creation.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and editing skills.
• Ability to conduct basic research on recruitment and staffing topics.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Interest in the recruitment industry and willingness to learn about talent acquisition and employer branding.

Required skills

• Content planning and creation for digital platforms (social media, website, blog).
• Copywriting and editing in English.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as audience engagement and content optimisation.
• Familiarity with simple design tools for visual support (e.g., Canva, Photoshop basics).
