About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site internship as a Customer Success Officer located in Bagmati, Nepal. The role involves actively supporting customers to ensure positive experiences, addressing their needs, and resolving inquiries.

Key responsibilities

Assist in managing customer communications across multiple channels
Enhance customer satisfaction levels
Foster strong relationships between the company and its clients
Deliver value that aligns with the company’s mission
Support the prompt resolution of customer inquiries

Required profile

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful connections
Experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience initiatives
Proven ability in customer support and service operations
Proactive mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
