Customer Support Intern – Paid (3‑Month Internship)

About the role

The Customer Support Intern will join a dynamic floral business in Kathmandu, assisting the customer service team with social‑media interactions, order coordination and payment processing. This three‑month paid internship offers hands‑on experience in customer engagement and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Handle incoming calls, provide basic information or forward to the appropriate team member.
• Reply to comments on social‑media posts in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the florist to ensure bouquets meet customer specifications.
• Assist the delivery team to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Provide order updates to customers and resolve delivery‑related issues.
• Maintain and organize the customer database, entering order details and contact information.
• Record customer payments across cash and digital channels and reconcile them with the order system.
• Address customer complaints, escalating unresolved matters to senior staff.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with major social‑media platforms.
• Basic organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
