Group Systems & Consolidation Analyst

About the role

Auto Parts International (API) is seeking a Group Systems & Consolidation Analyst to bridge finance and technology across three companies. Reporting to the Group Finance Head, you will ensure financial controls are consistent and that system changes are delivered accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise financial controls, approvals, limits and checks across three companies.
• Identify inconsistencies and risks in multi‑company accounting processes.
• Collaborate with accountants and the Group Finance Head to design and embed improved controls into ERP systems.
• Gather business requirements from department heads and translate them into clear, buildable system specifications.
• Manage the change backlog, coordinate with software vendors, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing and user acceptance testing for all changes before go‑live.
• Maintain system access, permissions, audit logs, and oversee software licences and Microsoft 365 licensing.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent strong finance training.
• Deep understanding of financial controls and multi‑company consolidation.
• Hands‑on experience shaping ERP systems from the business side.
• Proven ability to write clear specifications and hold vendors accountable.
• Strong testing and UAT discipline.
