Health Assistant / Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated health professional to join our Advance Wound Management Division as a Health Assistant focused on sales. The role combines clinical knowledge with sales expertise to promote wound‑care and burn‑management products to healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell advanced wound‑management products, especially those for burns, to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare institutions.
• Visit healthcare facilities, meet doctors, nurses, surgeons, wound‑care specialists and procurement teams to present product features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and conduct product demonstrations when required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and follow up to generate sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, deliveries and customer requirements, providing after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing, Health Science, Health Officer or a related field; medical representatives with relevant experience are also welcome.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare, medical sales, wound care, burn care or hospital/clinical settings.
• Knowledge of wound management and burn care is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a target‑oriented mindset.
