HR Assistant – Tech Division

About the role

The HR Assistant – Tech Division will work on‑site in Kathmandu supporting the human‑resources needs of the technology teams. This full‑time position handles employee records, recruitment assistance, onboarding, and HRIS data management to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment for the Tech Division, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, employment agreements and other HR documentation for Tech Division staff.
• Update and verify employee information in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor attendance, leave and related records through the HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding activities such as documentation, HRIS setup, ID cards, biometric registration and bank forms.
• Support off‑boarding processes, including clearance, exit formalities and HR updates.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, HR reports and other workforce‑related records.
• Facilitate employee movements, transfers, promotions, resignations and other HR changes in collaboration with the Tech Division and other departments.
• Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

Required profile

• Based in Kathmandu and available for a full‑time on‑site role.
• Experience or interest in HR administration for technology teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
