Human Resources Manager

About the role

Biiyond is a fast‑growing creative post‑production studio looking for its first dedicated Human Resources Manager. You will build the HR function from the ground up, shaping recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance, and culture for a hybrid workforce of full‑time staff and a global freelance bench.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for both permanent employees and freelance creatives, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality freelancer network, standardising contracts, NDAs and onboarding processes.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and documentation, using ClickUp as the system of record.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding experiences, maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs, define success criteria and plan workforce capacity.
• Support performance review cycles, competency frameworks and career progression paths.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or people operations, preferably in a fast‑scaling, creative or agency environment.
• Strong ability to design and implement HR processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
