Junior Category Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Category Manager to support the day‑to‑day management and execution of our e‑commerce product categories, driving sales, profitability and product availability across Men’s Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty and Health.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor category performance, including sales, revenue, margins, inventory levels and product trends.
• Coordinate with vendors and brand partners on product availability, pricing, discounts, promotions and new launches.
• Assist in product assortment planning, sourcing and identifying new brands based on customer demand and market trends.
• Ensure accurate product listings with correct names, descriptions, images, specifications and pricing.
• Track competitor pricing and support competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels, identify stock‑outs or slow‑moving items and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare regular reports and analyse category performance using sales and inventory data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth category operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Brand Management or Sales.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• Basic understanding of vendor coordination, product management, pricing, promotions and inventory management.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
