About the role

SkillShikshya is seeking an energetic Sales & Business Growth Intern to support its outreach and front‑desk operations. You will engage prospective students, answer queries, and help guide them through the enrollment process for the company’s training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally at the front desk.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce SkillShikshya’s programs.
• Respond to student inquiries via calls, messages, and email, providing clear information on courses, schedules, and enrollment steps.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑up activities.
• Support lead follow‑up to convert interest into enrollments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with students.
• Participate in creating camera‑friendly content for social media.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on calls.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude when interacting with students.
• Ability to listen carefully and respond to queries clearly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic phone handling and tele‑calling skills.
• Familiarity with messaging applications.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for record‑keeping.
