Senior Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Sales Officer to manage strategic client relationships, drive enterprise sales, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The role focuses on high‑value pipelines and key account management within the banking software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic and key clients.
• Identify and close major enterprise sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software/IT solutions.
• Manage key accounts and ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.
• Support and coach team members in progressing and closing sales opportunities.
• Track sales performance, revenue, client feedback, and pipeline through CRM and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic sales, or key account management.
• Proven experience managing strategic and high‑value clients.
• Experience in Core Banking System sales within cooperatives.
• Strong experience in enterprise software/solution selling.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client‑management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
