Junior Officer – Training & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Officer to support the training and business development of BYD dealers across Nepal. The role involves assisting in showroom setup, branding, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering training to dealer staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and building of BYD dealerships, including showroom setup, branding, infrastructure, and compliance.
• Conduct regular dealer inspections nationwide to evaluate operational, sales, customer service, branding, and facility standards.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs for dealer sales and operational teams covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, EV awareness, and business processes.
• Identify training and performance gaps, develop action plans, and follow up on corrective measures.
• Support onboarding of new dealers, ensuring orientation on BYD standards, policies, products, and processes.
• Monitor dealer performance, market activities, and competitor practices, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare inspection reports, training records, performance reports, and management information systems while maintaining strong relationships with dealer principals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dealer development, business development, or related field.
• Good understanding of the electric‑vehicle market and dealership operations.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess dealer performance and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication skills for training delivery and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across Nepal for dealer visits and inspections.
