Learning and Development Coordinator (Deputy Manager)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator (Deputy Manager) to lead and optimise our organisational learning initiatives. The role will manage digital and instructor‑led programmes, drive employee engagement with e‑learning platforms and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise learning platforms such as Epiplex, Coursera, Udemy, edX and other LMS solutions.
• Align learning programmes with training needs identification and business requirements, curating monthly learning catalogs.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to monitor participation, completion rates and training effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to employees and platform administrators, acting as the primary point of contact for LMS queries.
• Coordinate multiple L&D projects, tracking timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Research emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions to foster continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS, ABMS and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing learning platforms and delivering L&D projects.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret learning data and produce actionable insights.
