Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing marketing activities, creating content, conducting market research, and engaging with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including witty captions, reels, and short‑form videos that translate technical features such as Wi‑Fi speed, fiber internet, and gaming performance into easy‑to‑understand stories, and capture behind‑the‑scenes moments from events and office activities.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for new internet packages and promotional offers, brainstorm creative concepts inspired by trending topics and cultural moments, support product launches with fresh visual storytelling, and help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Identify and engage local creators and campus influencers for collaboration, interact with customers through comments and social media conversations, monitor online discussions to spot viral opportunities, and track community sentiment.
• Research competitor campaigns from other ISPs and telecom brands, monitor digital marketing trends, memes, and consumer behavior, and prepare simple reports with creative recommendations for the team.
• Support college activations, roadshows, and promotional events by capturing live content, assisting with campaign logistics, and preparing promotional materials.
