Marketing Executive

About the role

We need a Marketing Executive who can look after our marketing work and also go out into the market to bring in new business. You will handle our social media and campaigns, work with our dealers, meet consultants and contractors, and pass good leads on to our sales team. The role combines office tasks with field visits and offers the chance to learn about HVAC‑R products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns, offers and brand activities throughout the year.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn pages, including content planning, advertising and responding to enquiries.
• Generate and follow up on leads for product and service business.
• Monitor upcoming hotel, hospital, commercial and industrial projects for early engagement.
• Meet and maintain regular contact with consultants, contractors, developers and corporate clients.
• Maintain a lead database and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Visit dealers and retailers to support showroom branding, campaigns, reels and POS materials.
• Organise product presentations, exhibitions and events.
• Capture photos and videos of completed projects and collect customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, projects and service teams to ensure proper lead follow‑up.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, campaigns and market updates.
