Outreach Assistant – Junior Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outreach Assistant to join our fast‑growing tech startup focused on smart mobility and vehicle safety. In this junior sales and marketing role you will drive B2C sales, build corporate partnerships, and promote QR‑based digital safety solutions across Kathmandu.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic field visits to auto‑hubs, service centers, and commercial complexes to generate sales and secure partnerships.
• Promote smart vehicle security products—including QR decals and app subscriptions—to individual owners, parking managers, and fleet operators.
• Educate prospects on digital vehicle management features such as wrong‑parking alerts, emergency contacts, and document renewal reminders.
• Execute local marketing campaigns to boost platform adoption and market penetration.
• Collect field feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development, preferably in tech, automotive, or mobility.
• Excellent verbal communication in Nepali and English.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and comfortable with regular field mobility.
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with mobile applications and QR‑code technology.
