Part‑time Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Kunyo.co is seeking a part‑time Sales Specialist to work in a hybrid setting based in Kathmandu. The role involves engaging customers through both online and offline channels, guiding them through product selection, and supporting the company’s growth in game keys, gaming services, and digital gift cards.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via chat, phone, and in‑person, answering inquiries and assisting with purchases.
• Execute sales activities, maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, and promote ongoing campaigns.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, manage issues and escalations, and feed back insights to improve processes.
• Support promotional events and assist in training teammates on sales techniques and platform features.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on responsiveness and problem‑solving.
• Solid sales abilities, including lead follow‑up, product recommendation, and closing.
• Capability to coach peers and support structured sales processes.
• Comfortable working hybrid in Kathmandu with reliable internet access.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce platforms, payment systems, or online retail operations (advantageous).
• Interest in gaming, game keys, and digital gift cards.
• Prior retail sales, telesales, or customer‑support experience preferred.
