About the role

Skill Best is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our on‑site team in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. You will play a key part in promoting our customized training solutions and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Conduct client needs analyses and present appropriate training courses.
Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, sales management, or client‑facing roles.
Ability to conduct and deliver training sessions is an advantage.
Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
