About the role

Skill Best is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our on‑site team in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. You will play a key part in promoting our customized training solutions and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct client needs analyses and present appropriate training courses.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, sales management, or client‑facing roles.
  • Ability to conduct and deliver training sessions is an advantage.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
