Sales & Customer Support Agent

About the role

The Sales & Customer Support Agent will be the first point of contact for learners using Ambition Guru’s AI‑powered education platform. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, guide prospects through our course offerings, and provide first‑level support to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and messages, presenting packages, pricing, schedules and special offers.
• Identify customer needs, follow up assigned leads and work toward defined sales conversion targets.
• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, chat, social media and other channels, assisting with account, package, class or basic app issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting such as connectivity checks, app restarts, cache clearing and permission verification.
• Escalate complex technical, payment or administrative issues with full documentation, including screenshots and steps already taken.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions, leads, support cases and escalations, and submit daily/weekly reports on time.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document interactions precisely.
• Attention to detail and ownership of assigned leads and support cases.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality and adherence to scheduled work hours.
