Sales Manager

About the role

Hulas Infra, a fast‑growing leader in Nepal’s pre‑engineered building sector, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its sales team from its Kathmandu office. The role involves frequent travel to the plant office in Birgunj and other client locations across Nepal, ensuring the company meets its revenue and market‑share objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team, set targets and monitor performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and finance to scope projects accurately.
• Track market trends, produce sales reports and continuously improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business‑development experience, preferably in construction or pre‑engineered buildings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and travel as needed.
