Business Development Associate – Sales & Growth

Codezen Technologies, an early‑stage tech company building web and mobile digital products, is looking for a Business Development Associate focused on sales and growth. The role is hands‑on, involving prospecting, product demos, lead qualification and converting prospects into customers.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact potential customers through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads, introduce and demonstrate the product.
• Follow up with leads, convert prospects into customers and build strong relationships.
• Research markets, identify new sales opportunities and help achieve acquisition targets.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights, and work closely with founders and product team.
• Experiment with new ideas and strategies to increase product sales and growth.
