Sales & Marketing Associate – Travel Services

About the role

Da Java Nepal Travels & Tours is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to promote its travel, ticketing, visa, and tour services to both individual and corporate clients. The role involves active market visits, lead generation, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while supporting the company’s growth in the tourism sector.

Key responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, businesses, institutions and potential clients to present travel services.
• Promote ticketing, visa, tour packages and holiday offers.
• Generate new leads, prepare proposals, quotations and service presentations.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate and individual customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing, availability and service details.
• Support social‑media promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Identify partnership opportunities and new business avenues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Confident, energetic personality with willingness to visit the market regularly.
• Interest in travel, tourism, ticketing and visa services.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, tourism or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or travel is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online communication tools.
• Knowledge of social‑media marketing (advantage).
