Sales Marketing Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Business Development Specialist to join our team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the IT, cyber security and cloud services markets.
• Conduct market research and build a robust sales pipeline through outreach and networking.
• Meet prospective and existing clients, deliver product and service presentations, and collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions.
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategies, prepare proposals and quotations, and track performance against targets.
• Support customer onboarding, provide basic training on services, and ensure high‑quality follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a focus on revenue growth.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and training.
• Relevant experience in IT solutions, software, cyber security or cloud services sales.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple opportunities and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
