Selection Coordinator

About the role

The Selection Coordinator will drive Teach For Nepal’s fellowship recruitment pipeline by leading the selection of outstanding university graduates and young professionals. Based in the Kathmandu Valley, the role coordinates interviews, assessment centres, and maintains comprehensive candidate records while supporting the broader recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in RSM meetings, reflection, check‑in and team sessions.
• Manage the candidate funnel: first review, first interview, and assessment centre.
• Send acceptance and rejection communications and conduct interviews and assessment centres.
• Oversee external communication, email management and creation of email templates.
• Support logistics for interviews and assessment centres, including documentation and proper disposal of non‑required records.
• Maintain regular updates in the CRM (Salesforce) and track data to propose next steps.
• Document engagements and manage Excel sheets for selection status reporting.
