About the role
Khatapana is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen its corporate practice. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage complex transactions, and lead a growing team of junior lawyers.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
- Lead client communication and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth.
- Manage and mentor junior associates and support staff.
- Handle transactions, contracts, compliance and advisory work from start to finish.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of corporate law experience at a reputable law firm.
- Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent client communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- LLB with bar registration; additional qualifications are a plus.
