Senior Compliance Analyst

About the role

Oversight-AI is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead U.S. BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC/CDD, and adverse media reviews for its fintech risk‑assessment platform. You will work closely with international clients, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, evidence‑backed risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC/CDD, and adverse media reviews for U.S. financial institutions.
• Analyze financial statements, business documents, and KYC information to identify risk factors.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and recommendation letters for client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Support the continuous improvement of Oversight‑AI’s compliance assessment framework and platform features.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving U.S. regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi‑qualified CA; postgraduate candidates are also welcome.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Passion for compliance, financial risk, and regulatory work.

Required skills

• Knowledge of U.S. BSA/AML, OFAC, and KYC/CDD regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial and business documentation.
• Proficiency in drafting clear, structured risk assessment reports.
