Senior Food Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Food Technologist to act as a Technical Consultant for our Food Division in Nepal. You will support food and beverage manufacturers by researching market trends, developing new products, and providing technical troubleshooting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and explore new concepts for the F&B industry.
• Create recipes and prototypes in the laboratory.
• Assist customers in launching new products.
• Visit assigned clients regularly to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Promote new products and identify potential customers.
• Follow up on orders and balances.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and propose technical solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in the food and beverage industry.
• Creative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience conducting trials, surveys, and data collection.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Own a personal two‑wheeler for client visits.
