Senior Project Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by securing high‑value commercial, residential and industrial projects. The role combines proactive lead generation, technical specification of our products and end‑to‑end sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track upcoming real‑estate, commercial and industrial projects in the target region.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors and interior designers.
• Get company products specified during design and planning stages by presenting technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
• Coordinate with production, supply‑chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and post‑sales support.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies and market trends to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven B2B project sales experience, preferably in electrical goods, lighting or construction supplies.
• Ability to read architectural and electrical blueprints and understand technical product specifications.
• Willingness to travel frequently; valid driving licence and own two‑wheeler for site visits.
