SEO Specialist – Mid-Level

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Level SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our WordPress and SaaS properties. You will own on‑page optimisation, keyword research and AI‑enhanced search strategies while collaborating closely with content, product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page SEO for WordPress and SaaS websites, including keyword research and content alignment with search intent.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, identify technical and on‑page issues, and optimise existing pages to improve rankings.
• Partner with content writers to create SEO‑friendly copy, review drafts, and recommend updates based on performance data.
• Research emerging AI‑driven search platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, Bing Copilot) and recommend tactics to boost AI and organic visibility.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for keyword discovery, content optimisation, and workflow automation, validating all AI‑generated outputs.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4), track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and investigate fluctuations.
• Prepare regular performance analyses and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate SEO tasks with cross‑functional teams, adhere to briefs and deadlines, and continuously improve execution quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record in on‑page and content SEO.
• Experience managing WordPress sites and familiarity with SaaS or product‑led websites is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with ownership, accountability and the ability to work independently.
