Service Coordinator – Automobile

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused Service Coordinator for our automobile workshop in Kathmandu. The role involves overseeing daily workshop operations, guiding mechanics, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate mechanics and technical staff.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical problems effectively.
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues, service requirements, repair progress, and recommendations.
• Allocate and monitor workshop jobs according to priorities and workload.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of repair and maintenance work.
• Prepare service reports, workshop documentation, and other administrative records.
• Monitor proper use of workshop/service management software and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address service‑related concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Graduate qualification with at least 3 years of experience in automobile workshop operations or vehicle servicing.
• Automobile Engineering, Automobile Diploma, or related technical background is highly preferred.
• Experience supervising mechanics or technical teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Own transportation and a valid driving license.
