About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Naxal, Kathmandu. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues on site.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of problems.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service or maintenance role.
Ability to work on-site in Naxal, Kathmandu.
