Trainee Sales Executive – Pharma (Field)

About the role

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., a global leader in generic medicines, is expanding its sales force in Nepal. We are looking for enthusiastic and result‑driven individuals to join us as Trainee Sales Executives, covering key territories such as Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, Birgunj and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Product Detailing: Learn and promote dermatology and antibiotic products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals using approved materials.
• Territory Coverage: Assist in planning and executing doctor visits, chemist calls and hospital coverage under guidance.
• Sales Support: Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through ethical promotion and relationship building.
• Market Intelligence: Collect prescription data, competitor insights and share regular reports with the manager.
• Compliance: Follow company SOPs and Nepal DDA regulations for ethical promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred; Business acceptable).
• Fresh graduates or up to one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Valid two‑wheeler license and readiness for field travel.
