About the role
Cimex Care is the official after‑sales and service arm for BYD vehicles in Nepal, dedicated to supporting customers throughout their electric‑vehicle ownership journey. The Training Officer will plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programs that strengthen technical expertise and safety across the growing EV ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and organize employee training programs.
- Develop and maintain annual and monthly training schedules.
- Prepare training materials and evaluation reports.
- Maintain training documentation and employee learning records.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong training, presentation, or facilitation capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
