Accountant

About the role

Trackon GPS is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support tax compliance in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Manage sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when required.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports.
• Handle VAT‑related records, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist with Income Tax calculations and filing.
• Maintain proper records for audits and tax purposes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of VAT and Income Tax regulations in Nepal.
