About the role
The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial reporting and analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions accurately
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct reconciliations, audits, and financial verification processes
- Prepare monthly reports of the organization
- Maintain general ledger entries and ensure financial data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve financial processes and efficiency
- Monitor expenses, payments, and financial controls
- Provide financial insights and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and company procedures
